User Instructions

How to Use This Template:

  1. Start with the Content Calendar: Plan your monthly content. Fill in Title, Type, Platform, Due Date, Estimated Cost/Revenue.
  2. As you publish content, update Status to "Published" and enter actual costs and revenue in the Profit Tracker. The Title/Type will auto-fill via ID link.
  3. Check the Dashboard weekly: Look for patterns—e.g., are Instagram Reels generating higher ROI than blog posts?
  4. If content underperforms (<10% ROI or negative profit), ask: Was the cost overestimated? Was targeting wrong? Adjust your next planning cycle.
  5. Never guess profitability. This template forces data-driven decisions—your content should earn, not just exist.
