Conditional Formatting Rules
- Status: Green for "Published", Yellow for "Review"/"In Progress", Red for "Not Started".
- Due Dates: Cells turn red if Due Date < TODAY() and Status ≠ Published.
- Priorities: “High” highlighted in dark red, “Medium” in orange, “Low” in light grey.
- Content Score: Gradient scale from red (0–4) to green (8–10) based on value.
- Budget vs. Estimate: If Actual Effort > Estimated Effort by 25%, cell turns amber.
User Instructions
How to Use This Template:
- Start by entering your content ideas in the first row under Title and Type.
- Use the dropdowns for Status, Priority, and Type—do not type manually to maintain data integrity.
- Assign owners and due dates. The template will auto-flag overdue items in red.
- After publishing, update Actual Effort and Content Score to improve future estimates.
- Check the summary metrics (S2–S5) for real-time performance insights.
- To add new entries, insert a row within the table (right-click → Insert Table Row)—DO NOT add rows outside the named range.
- Use filters in headers to sort by Status, Owner, or Priority for quick views.
