User Instructions

Begin each morning by opening the template. Review the Daily Planner sheet for today’s tasks. Update status columns as work progresses. Use the drop-down menus to maintain consistency. At day’s end, log performance metrics under “Actual Performance” and add feedback notes. Each Friday, check the Status Dashboard for weekly trends and adjust next week’s plan accordingly.

Never delete rows — use filters instead to hide completed items. To reset a month, clear only data in the Daily Planner (not headers) and retain the Content Library for reuse. Sync with team members using Excel Online or OneDrive for real-time collaboration.
