Formulas Required

  • =COUNTIF(Content Calendar!E:E, "Published"): Counts published items.
  • =SUMIFS(Content Calendar!H:H, Content Calendar!E:E, "Published"): Total hours spent on published content.
  • =AVERAGEIFS(Content Calendar!G:G, Content Calendar!E:E, "Published"): Average time per published piece.
  • =IF(TODAY()>Content Calendar!A:A, "Overdue", ""): Flags overdue tasks (used in Status Tracker).
  • =VLOOKUP(Idea ID, Content Calendar!$A:$I, 2, FALSE): Pulls title from calendar into Ideas Bank if linked.

Conditional Formatting

  • Overdue Tasks: Red fill if Date < Today() and Status ≠ "Published".
  • Prioritization: Color scale from green (1) to red (5) based on priority number.
  • Status Column: Color-coded: Green = Published, Blue = In Progress, Yellow = Planned, Gray = Idea.
  • Time Variance: If Actual Time > Estimated Time by 50%, highlight cell in orange.

User Instructions
