CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

  • Status Colors: Draft = Light Gray; Assigned = Blue; In Review = Yellow; Approved = Orange; Scheduled = Purple; Published = Green.
  • Overdue Tasks: Red fill if Due Date is past and Status ≠ “Published” or “Scheduled”.
  • High Priority: Bold orange border for items tagged with "URGENT" in Notes.
  • Trend Indicators: On the Monthly Summary sheet, arrows (↑↓) based on % change vs last month’s published count.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER

  1. Begin by populating the Content Categories and Team Resources sheets with your brand’s content types and team details.
  2. In the Main Timeline, enter planned content for the current month. Use dropdowns for consistency.
  3. Dates will auto-calculate based on the selected month; update only via Date column header if needed.
