User Instructions

The Dashboard automatically refreshes when data is entered due to dynamic named ranges and formulas.
Note: Never delete rows in the tables; instead, mark items as “Cancelled” or “Archived” if needed. To add new content, simply insert a row within the structured table (press Tab at the bottom of any table to auto-add).
For best results, assign one team member as the "Content Coordinator" to maintain all sheets weekly. Export PDF copies of the Dashboard for stakeholder meetings.
