Conditional Formatting Rules
- Red fill: If “Publish Date” is past today and status is not “Published”.

- Text color change: Priority = "High" → bold red text; Priority = "Low" → light gray text.
- Data bars: Applied to “% Complete” column in Content Tasks sheet for visual progress tracking.
User Instructions
This template is fully editable. To begin:
- Open the Template Guide sheet and read all instructions.
- In the Content Calendar, start by adding your planned content using the dropdowns for Type and Channel to ensure consistency.
- Assign owners and set realistic due dates — avoid overloading team members. Use the Team Assignments sheet to monitor workload balance (auto-calculated).
- Link each content item in Content Tasks by matching Main Content ID with Title in the Calendar.
- Update task statuses daily. The dashboard updates automatically.
- Use filters on all sheets to view content by channel, priority, or owner.
- To add new content: Insert a row at the bottom of Content Calendar and Tasks — formatting and formulas will auto-extend.
- Do not delete column headers — they are referenced in formulas and charts.
