Values > $500 highlighted in dark green; values between $100–$499 in light green. - Client Dashboard - Budget Utilization:
• Under 85% → Green (efficient)
• 85–100% → Yellow (normal)
• Over 100% → Red (over budget)
Instructions for the User
For Agency/Creator:Update the Content Calendar weekly with planned content. Log all vendor savings in the Savings Tracker, always linking to a specific Content Item ID. Never enter raw numbers into Client Dashboard—it pulls data automatically.
For Client:
You only need to review the Client Dashboard. The visual charts show how efficiently your budget is being used to produce high-quality content. Savings are not hidden—they are proudly displayed as value-adds.
