Formulas Required

- Status Color Coding: Conditional formatting rules trigger color changes based on Status values (e.g., green for Published, yellow for In Progress).
- Count Assigned Items: In Team Assignments, =COUNTIF('Weekly Schedule'!$H:$H, A2) counts how many items are assigned to each team member.
- Prioritized Content Summary: =COUNTIFS('Weekly Schedule'!$I:$I,"Yes",'Weekly Schedule'!$F:$F,"Published") shows total prioritized published content this week.
Conditional Formatting
- Status column: Green (#D5E8D4) if "Published", Amber (#FFF2CC) if "In Progress", Red (#E1B9B9) if "Planned".
- Prioritized? column: Bold red text and yellow fill if “Yes”.
