INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
Begin by entering all planned content into the Content Calendar, assigning a unique ID to each entry. Then, navigate to the Shopping List, and list every required asset—physical (e.g., props, lighting), digital (e.g., stock photos, fonts), or services (e.g., editing software license). Link each item back to its corresponding Content Calendar ID in the “Related Content ID(s)” column. Use the Dependency Sheet to track approval chains and external deadlines. Update status regularly; this drives progress on the Dashboards sheet.
Use dropdowns for consistency. Never delete rows—instead, mark as “Cancelled.” Reuse assets from Asset Inventory before ordering new ones to avoid duplication and overspending.
