User Instructions

This template is designed for individual creators. To use effectively:

  1. Begin by populating the Asset Inventory with all equipment, software licenses, and digital assets you use.
  2. In the Content Calendar, schedule your weekly or monthly content. Use dropdowns to select Type and Status.
  3. When planning a project, list required Asset IDs in the “Assets Required” column — this helps track usage patterns.
  4. Update “Last Used” manually after each production session. The system will auto-update asset status based on thresholds set in Settings sheet.
  5. Check the Dashboard daily for a snapshot: How many assets are running low? Which content types dominate your schedule?
  6. Replenish assets before they hit “Out of Stock” — this template helps you anticipate needs, not react to emergencies.
