Formulas Required

Conditional Formatting

  2. For each content item, break it into tasks under Task Tracker. Use the dropdowns to assign owners and set due dates.
  3. Update task status daily or weekly. The dashboard will auto-update with your changes.
  4. Use the Status Dashboard to review bottlenecks: if many “Blocked” tasks exist, reassess resources or timelines.
  5. At month-end, filter by “Completed” to generate a content performance log for future planning cycles.
