User Instructions
HOW TO USE THIS TEMPLATE:
- Start by populating the Team Members sheet with all contributors, roles, and max weekly capacity (to avoid over-allocation).
- In the Content Calendar, add all upcoming content pieces with target dates and priority levels.
- Use the Task Manager to break down each content item into granular tasks. Assign each task to a team member using dropdowns—DO NOT TYPE names manually.
- Update task status daily by selecting from dropdowns. The dashboard updates automatically.
- To archive completed content, click “Archive” button (VBA-assisted) which copies published items to the Archive sheet and clears them from active view.
- Review the Status Dashboard weekly during team syncs. Use filters to view tasks by person, priority, or overdue status.
WARNING: Do not delete or reorder columns. All formulas and validations are column-dependent. If you need to add a new task type, update the “Type” dropdown list in Data Validation settings.
