  • In Time Tracker!Category: =XLOOKUP([@Content Title], ContentCalendar!$C:$C, ContentCalendar!$E:$E)

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Content Calendar: Status column highlighted: “Published” = Green, “In Progress” = Yellow, “To Do” = Light Gray.
  • Time Tracker: Duration > Estimated Time → Background turns light red (over-budget warning). Duration < 0.5 hours → Text italicized (quick task).
  • Dashboards: Efficiency Rating ≥4 → Green checkmark icon using icon sets.

Instructions for the User

Step 1: In the Settings sheet, define your ideal weekly work hours and preferred content categories. This customizes your goals.

Step 2: Each Sunday, fill in your planned content for the week on the Content Calendar (Title, Type, Estimated Time).

Step 3: When you begin a task, record Start Time and End Time in the Time Tracker. The Duration auto-calculates.

Step 4: After finishing a task, update its Status on the Content Calendar to “Published.”

Step 5: Weekly, review the Dashboards sheet: Check if you're spending too much time on editing (common bottleneck) or underestimating video production.

Tip: Use this template not just to track work, but to celebrate consistency. If you publish 3 times a week for a month, that’s growth!
