    Conditional Formatting Rules

    • Net Balance (B13): Green fill if >$0, red fill if <$0.
    • Status Column (G2:G8): Light green for “Completed”, yellow for “In Progress”, orange for “Delayed”.
    • Expense Log Cost Column: Highlight rows where category = “Software” with light blue background to easily track recurring costs.
