Formulas Required
- In the Weekly Budget Overview: Variance % = (Budget - Actual) / Budget
- Total actual spend dynamically pulled from Expense Tracker via SUMIFS formulas based on category.
- Content Calendar’s "Budgeted Cost" column uses VLOOKUP to pull default cost per content type from a hidden reference table (e.g., Blog = $40, Video = $120).
- Status indicators in Overview use nested IF statements to color-code budget health.
Conditional Formatting
- Over Budget: Red fill (Variance ≤ -10%)
- Under Budget: Green fill (Variance ≥ +10%)
- On Track: Yellow fill (-10% to +10%)
- In Content Calendar: Status column uses color scales — Red = Delayed, Orange = In Progress, Green = Completed.
- Date cells in Content Calendar highlight weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with light gray shading for visual separation.

- Start by setting your weekly budget limits on the Weekly Budget Overview sheet.
