The Weekly Planner sheet contains a comprehensive grid for Monday–Sunday. Each day has the following columns:

Formulas Required

  • =TODAY() in cell A1 to anchor the week’s start date.
  • =A1+ROW()-2 in column A (for each row) to auto-fill subsequent days of the week.
  • =COUNTIF(F:F,"Completed")/COUNTA(F:F)*100 in Progress Tracker for completion rate.
  • =AVERAGE(E:E) to calculate average time per content piece.
  • =SUMIFS(E:E,F:F,"Completed") to sum total time spent on completed items.

Conditional Formatting

  • Status “Completed” → Green background (#d5f5e3).
  • Status “In Progress” → Yellow background (#fefae0).
  • Status “Not Started” → Light gray background (#f7f7f7).
  • If Time Estimate > 90 minutes → Red text to flag intensive tasks.
  • Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) have a subtle light blue fill to distinguish rest days.

User Instructions

  1. Set your preferred week start date in cell A1. The rest of the week auto-fills.
  2. Use the dropdown arrows in Columns B and F to select content type and status.
  3. Every evening, spend 5 minutes updating your “Status” and adding notes.
  4. When inspiration strikes, jot down ideas in “Ideas Bank” — then drag them into your planner later.
  5. Review the Progress Tracker every Sunday to celebrate wins and adjust next week’s plan.
  6. You may print the Weekly Planner sheet for wall mounting or use it digitally on a tablet beside your workspace.
