Scheduled publish timestamp for automation.
Filled in after content goes live; used for tracking delays.
Where content will be distributed (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Website).
E.g., “Small Business Owners”, “Gen Z Consumers”.
Direct URL to draft or published asset.
E.g., “500 views”, “20 shares”, “10 conversions”.
Filled post-publish for performance tracking.

Formulas Required

  • Status Count: =COUNTIF(StatusColumn,"Published") — Used in Metrics Dashboard to show completed content.
  • On-Time Rate: =IF(ActualPublishTime<=PlannedPublishTime,1,0) — Flags whether content was published on schedule.
  • Average KPI Achievement: =AVERAGEIF(StatusColumn,"Published",KPIAchievedColumn) — Calculates average performance of published assets.
  • COUNTIFS for Priorities: Used to show “High Priority In Progress” items: =COUNTIFS(StatusColumn,"In Progress",PriorityColumn,"High").

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Status Colors: Published = Green, Delayed = Red, In Progress = Yellow.
  • Priority Highlighting: High priority rows have a light red background; Low priority have a light blue tint.
  • KPI Achievement Flag: If KPI Achieved ≥ KPI Goal → Green cell border; Otherwise → Red border.
  • Date Overdue Alerts: If Actual Publish Time is blank and Planned Publish Time is past today → Highlight row in orange.

Instructions for the User

Step 1: Select your target week using the date picker in cell A1. All dates auto-populate Monday–Sunday.

Step 2: Fill out each row with content details. Use dropdowns for Status, Priority, and Content Type to ensure consistency.

Step 3: Update “Actual Publish Time” immediately after publishing. This triggers performance tracking.

Step 4: Weekly, review the Metrics Dashboard tab. Use charts to identify bottlenecks (e.g., too many items stuck in Review).

Step 5: At month-end, use Campaign Library to tag completed content with campaign names for future benchmarking.
