Formulas Used

  • AUTO-INCREMENT IDs: Use =IF(A2="","",MAX(A$1:A1)+1) in Client ID column.
  • Last Interaction Date: In Client Details sheet, use =MAXIFS('Interaction Log'!B:B,'Interaction Log'!A:A,A2) to pull latest interaction.
  • Total Projects Count: =COUNTIF('Project & Deliverables'!B:B,A2)
  • Days Until Due: In Project sheet, use =DAYS(Due_Date, TODAY()) to show how many days remain.
