User Instructions
- Open the Excel template and save it with a unique name (e.g., "ClientTracker_Q3_2024.xlsx").
- Enter new leads or contacts in the Contacts & Leads sheet. Use the auto-generated ID; do not edit.
- After adding a record, go to the Interaction Log, select the contact’s ID, and document every touchpoint (call, email, meeting).
