Task & Activity Log Sheet

This sheet logs daily or weekly employee activities. It supports real-time data collection for time tracking and task management.

Task Description Text (Max 250 characters) Describe the nature of work completed or assigned.

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Task Status Highlights: - "Completed" → Green fill with white text. - "In Progress" → Yellow fill. - "Pending" or "On Hold" → Orange or red if overdue.
  • Performance Score Indicator: - Scores above 90%: Light green background. - 80–89%: Yellow. - Below 75%: Red with bold text (flag for follow-up).
  • Overdue Tasks: Apply formatting to any task with status ≠ "Completed" and a date older than today.

User Instructions
