Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Mood Tracking: Highlight days with mood score < 3 in red (low well-being).
  • Budget Alerts: Flag expenses over $50 in yellow to draw attention.
  • Task Completion: Use green fill for cells where tasks are marked “Done” (via drop-down).
  • Dates in the Past: Apply gray background to dates before today.

User Instructions

  1. Open the Excel file and enable editing (if prompted).
  2. Click on the “Monthly Overview” tab to see a snapshot of your monthly data.
  3. Go to “Daily Planner” and fill in tasks, mood, and routines for each day.
