Table Structures

The data table starts at cell A1 and spans to column G, with rows dynamically expanding as new entries are added. Columns and Data Types

- A: Entry ID (Text/Number) – Auto-generated sequential ID starting from 1. Used for tracking and referencing specific records.
- B: Date Collected (Date) – Input formatted as date; user must select from a calendar or enter in YYYY-MM-DD format.
- C: Category (Text) – Dropdown list with predefined options such as "Customer Feedback," "Sales Inquiry," "Field Observation," "Inventory Check."
- D: Item/Subject (Text) – Descriptive text field for the specific item or subject of data collection.
- E: Value (Number) – Numeric field for quantitative measurements such as ratings, counts, scores, or measurements in units.

Formulas Required
The template relies on several key Excel formulas to automate analysis and maintain accuracy:
- Auto-ID (Column A): In cell A2:
