  • Status Indicator: Use nested IF with TODAY() to auto-detect status: Not Started / In Progress / Overdue / Due Soon.

Conditional Formatting

  • Overdue Tasks: Highlight red if due date is before today and task is not completed.
  • Due Soon: Yellow background if the due date is within 7 days and not complete.
  • % Complete: Use a data bar gradient (green to yellow) based on completion percentage.
