Formulas Required
Summing Total Education Spend per Employee:=SUMIFS('Spending & Budget Tracker'!E:E, 'Spending & Budget Tracker'!B:B, A2) (in Employee Dashboard).
Status Based on Completion:=IF(DATE(2024,12,31) > [Start Date], IF([End Date] >= TODAY(), "In Progress", "Completed"), "Not Started").
Asset Count Per Employee:=COUNTIF('Asset Inventory'!C:C, A2).
Conditional Formatting
Risk Alerts (Red): Highlight any education plan where the end date is in the past and status is not "Completed".
Progress Indicators (Yellow/Orange/Green): Color-code progress bars based on completion percentage.
Budget Overrun (Red Fill): If total spending exceeds allocated budget, highlight the cell in red.
Pending Approvals (Blue Border): Mark rows where an approval status is "Pending".
User Instructions
