Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Status Column (Education Goals):
    • Completed: Green fill with white text.

  • Budget Tracker – Amount Spent:
    • If amount > 120% of estimated cost: Red background.
    • If amount between 90%–120%: Yellow background.
    • Else: Green fill.
  • Dates Close to Deadline:
    • If Start Date is within 30 days → Blue text.
    • If End Date is within 15 days → Orange background and bold text.

User Instructions
