Conditional Formatting

To enhance visibility and immediate insight:

• Overdue Assignments: Highlight red background if due date is in the past and no completion date entered.
• Pending Tasks: Yellow fill with black text for tasks with due dates within 7 days.
• Completed Tasks: Green background with checkmark emoji (✔).
• Budget Alerts: Orange when expenses exceed 80% of the monthly budget threshold.
• Progress Bars: In the Dashboard, data bars visualize completion percentages.

User Instructions

1. Open the Excel file and save it under a new name (e.g., "Family_Education_Planning_2025.xlsx").
2. Navigate to the "Overview Dashboard" tab for a high-level summary of all activities, financial status, and upcoming events.
