Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Overdue Follow-ups: Highlight cells in "Next Follow-up Due" column red if the date is earlier than today.
  • Pending Reviews: Flag "Next Review Due" entries that are within 30 days with yellow background.
  • Expiring Contracts: Apply orange fill to rows in Client Directory where "Contract End Date" is within 60 days.
  • Project Progress: Use data bars in the "Progress (%)" column, with green for >80%, yellow for 50-80%, red below 50%.
  • Status Indicators: Color-code status cells: green (Active), amber (On Hold), red (Churned).

User Instructions

  1. Download and open the .xlsx file in Microsoft Excel or compatible software.
