Conditional Formatting Rules
- Overdue Follow-ups: Highlight cells in "Next Follow-up Due" column red if the date is earlier than today.
- Pending Reviews: Flag "Next Review Due" entries that are within 30 days with yellow background.
- Expiring Contracts: Apply orange fill to rows in Client Directory where "Contract End Date" is within 60 days.
- Project Progress: Use data bars in the "Progress (%)" column, with green for >80%, yellow for 50-80%, red below 50%.
- Status Indicators: Color-code status cells: green (Active), amber (On Hold), red (Churned).
User Instructions
- Download and open the .xlsx file in Microsoft Excel or compatible software.

- To add a new employee: Click on the last row of the "Employee Master" sheet and enter data. ID will auto-increment using a simple formula.
