Client Database (Separate Sheet)

This sheet serves as the central client repository with these columns:

  • Client ID (Text/Number): Unique identifier (e.g., CLI001).
  • Company Name (Text): Full legal name of the client organization.
  • Contact Person (Text): Primary point of contact.
  • Email (Email validation).
  • Phone Number.
  • Industry Sector (Dropdown: Tech, Healthcare, Education, Finance, etc.).
  • Assigned Employee ID: Links to the employee managing this client.
  • Contract Start Date / End Date: Dates for service agreements.

To maintain automation and accuracy, the following formulas are embedded:

Conditional Formatting Rules
