    • Icon set: Green checkmarks (✅) when 5 or more days are completed, yellow warning (⚠️) if 3-4 days, red X (❌) if fewer than 3.
    • Highlight rows where an employee has a completion rate below threshold using "Format Cells Based on Value".

    Instructions for the User

    1. Open the template and save it with a custom name (e.g., “2024_HabitTracker_Employees”).
    2. Navigate to the "Employee Profile" sheet and enter all employee details.
    3. Select an employee ID from the dropdown in "Habit Tracker - Weekly View".
    4. Choose a habit from the list (or add new ones via data validation source).
    5. Check boxes for each day the habit was completed during that week.
