This table contains core employee information and serves as the foundation for all other sheets.

Name Text Full legal name of the employee (First and Last).
Department List (Drop-down: Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Finance) Assigns the employee to a department.
Role List (Drop-down: Manager, Developer, Analyst, Coordinator) Position or title within the organization.
Status List (Active, On Leave, Resigned, Pending Hire) Current employment status.
Hire Date Date Date the employee was hired (formatted as dd/mm/yyyy).
Performance Score (0-10) Number (Decimal: 1 decimal place) Monthly performance rating from a scale of 0–10.
Last Review Date Date Date of the most recent performance review.

2. Performance Tracker Table
