Formulas Required

  • =VLOOKUP(Employee ID, Employee Data!$A$2:$E$100, 4, FALSE) – Pulls the hourly rate for each employee from the master list.
  • =IF(Billed Status = "Invoiced", TRUE, FALSE) – Flags records that are already invoiced to avoid duplication.
  • =SUMIFS(Time & Assignments!$F:$F, Time & Assignments!$C:$C, Client Name, Time & Assignments!$E:$E, "Invoiced") – Sums total billed hours for a specific client.
  • =SUMIF(Invoice - Client View!A:A, Invoice Number, Invoice - Client View!F:F) – Calculates the subtotal of a single invoice.

Conditional Formatting

  • Overdue Invoices: Highlight cells in "Invoice Status" with red fill if status is "Overdue".
