Formulas Required

  • SUMIFS: Calculate total hours per employee using date and name criteria.
  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP: Pull hourly rate from the Employee Overview sheet.
  • COUNTIF / COUNTIFS: Count tasks by status or priority level.
  • AVERAGEIFS: Compute average performance rating per role or employee.

Conditional Formatting

  • Pending/Overdue Tasks: Red fill for "Overdue" status; yellow for "Pending".
  • Performance Rating: Color scale from red (1) to green (5).
  • Overtime Alert: Highlight any day with more than 8 hours in the Schedule sheet.
