Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Sales Above Target: Highlight cells in green if Deal Size > $15,000.
  • Pending Deals: Apply yellow fill to rows where Status = "Pending".
  • High Commission: Light blue shading for commission values exceeding $2,500.
  • Due Date Warning: Red text if Date is more than 7 days from today (using a formula-based rule).

User Instructions
