Formulas and Calculations

The template uses a variety of Excel formulas to automate tracking and reporting:

User Instructions

  2. Update the Employee Master List with all active staff members at the beginning of the year.
  3. For each month, copy and rename Sheet 2 as “Time Log - [Month]” (e.g., “Time Log - January”).
  4. Add daily entries by selecting employee ID from a dropdown, entering date, work type, and time logs.
