Template Overview

This Excel workbook integrates two critical functions: managing human resources within a warehouse environment and tracking inventory movements. By focusing on the "Employee View" perspective, the template provides individual employees with personalized dashboards to view their responsibilities, performance KPIs, assigned stock items, and task deadlines. It is ideal for warehouse supervisors looking to promote transparency and accountability among staff.

Sheet Names & Structure

• Employee Dashboard (Main View): The primary interface showing real-time data relevant to the employee.
• Inventory Tracker: Central database for all warehouse stock items, locations, and quantities.
• Task Assignments: Lists daily/weekly tasks assigned to employees with deadlines and status updates.
• Employee Profiles: Maintains personnel data including job roles, departments, contact info, and skills.
• Performance Logs: Tracks individual performance metrics like accuracy rate, task completion time, and incident reports.

Formulas Required

• Employee Dashboard – Accuracy Rate: `=IFERROR((PerformanceLogs[Completed Tasks]/TaskAssignments[Total Tasks])*100, 0)`
• Inventory Status (Conditional Color Code): `=IF(InventoryTracker[Quantity] <= 5, "Low Stock", IF(InventoryTracker[Quantity] = 0, "Out of Stock", "In Stock"))`
• Last Updated Timestamp: `=NOW()` in the main dashboard (set to auto-update).
• Total Tasks for Employee: `=COUNTIF(TaskAssignments[Employee ID], [Employee ID])`

Conditional Formatting

• Inventory Status Column: Red background for "Out of Stock", Yellow for "Low Stock", Green for "In Stock".
• Status in Task Assignments: Red text if "Pending" and overdue (Date > Today), Green if completed.
• Accuracy Rate: Conditional gradient scale from red (<60%) to green (>90%).

User Instructions

1. Login as Employee: Open the template and enter your unique Employee ID in the designated field on the Dashboard.
2. View Tasks: Check "Task Assignments" sheet for daily responsibilities. Update status when completed.
3. Update Inventory: When moving or checking stock, update the "Inventory Tracker" with accurate quantities and your ID as the last updated user.
4. Report Issues: Use "Performance Logs" to report errors or incidents during shifts for management review.
5. Sync Data: Save regularly; the template supports real-time updates when shared via OneDrive or SharePoint (recommended).
