Formulas Required

  • Lookup asset names: Use =VLOOKUP(A2, Assets_Master_List!A:D, 2, FALSE) to pull asset details into Event Assignment Tracker.
  • Count assets per employee: Use =COUNTIF(Employee_Task_Log!C:C, "Employee Name") to show workload summary.
  • Status Color Logic: Use conditional formatting rules based on status (e.g., red for "Delayed", green for "Completed").

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Task Status: Red text for “Delayed”, yellow for “In Progress”, green for “Completed”.
