Column Details:
- Time Block (Text): Hourly time slots formatted as HH:MM - HH:MM.
- Date Columns (Date/Text): Each column corresponds to a specific date, formatted as "Day, Month Date".

- Type (Dropdown List): Event category: Wedding, Conference, Workshop, Launch Party, Corporate Meeting.
