Use =TODAY() in cell A2 and drag down to populate the date column.
- Habit Streak Calculation:
In Dashboard: =COUNTIF(HabitTracker!C:C, TRUE) for total completed habits. To track consecutive days, use:
=IF(AND(HabitTracker!C2=TRUE, HabitTracker!C1=TRUE), 1 + D1, IF(HabitTracker!C2=TRUE, 1, 0))
- Tasks Remaining Count:
In Dashboard: =COUNTIF(MainPlanner!D:D, "Not Started") + COUNTIF(MainPlanner!D:D, "In Progress")
- Percentage Complete (Main Planner):
=COUNTIF(MainPlanner!D:D, "Completed") / COUNTA(MainPlanner!B:B) * 100
- Due Date Alerts: Use conditional formatting with rule:
=AND(C2"Completed") to highlight overdue tasks.
Conditional Formatting Rules
- Status Column (Main Planner):
Use color-coded cells: Red for "Delayed", Yellow for "In Progress", Green for "Completed". Apply conditional formatting with rule: =D2="Delayed" → red fill.
- Priorities:
High priority tasks (column E) highlighted in bright orange.
- Habit Tracker – Completed? Column:
Use checkmarks (✅) via conditional formatting with icon sets or custom formulas to display green checkmarks for TRUE values.
- Overdue Tasks:
If due date is in the past and status isn't "Completed", highlight in red with bold text.
