3. Budget Tracker
A comprehensive cost tracking system with detailed categories:

Conditional Formatting Rules
- Budget Variance: Red for negative variance, green for positive (under budget), yellow for neutral.

User Instructions
- Open the template in Microsoft Excel (desktop or online).

- Go to Attendees & RSVPs. Import or manually enter attendees. The system will count confirmed guests automatically on the dashboard.
- Use the built-in charts (see below) to visualize progress, budget allocation, and attendance trends.
- To reset or duplicate a template for a new event: copy the entire sheet and rename it; adjust references accordingly.
