  • Total Value in Inventory Master List: =B4*C4
  • Status Indicator (Event Tracker): Use IF function to highlight overdue items: =IF(AND(Delivery_Date

  • Sum of Total Values per Category: Use SUMIFS to aggregate total inventory value by category.

Conditional Formatting

To enhance visual clarity and help freelancers quickly assess status, the following conditional formatting rules are applied:

  • Overdue Items: Red fill with white text for delivery dates before today and status "Pending".
  • Low Stock Alert: Yellow fill when Quantity in Stock is below 10 units.
  • Status Indicators: Color-coded cells: Green for "Delivered", Amber for "Ordered", Red for "Overdue".
  • Total Value Thresholds: Highlight items with Total Value over $500 in light blue to flag high-value inventory.
