This sheet generates a clean, professional invoice based on data from the Monthly Event Details. It includes:
- Company Information Block: Logo (optional), company name, address, contact details.
- Client & Invoice Header: Client name, invoice number (auto-generated with prefix 'INV-' and month/year), issue date.
- Invoice Table:
- Invoice ID: Auto-generated using =CONCAT("INV-", TEXT(TODAY(), "mmm-yyyy"))
- Date Issued: =TODAY()
- Event Date, Client Name, Event Type (linked to Monthly Event Details via VLOOKUP)
- Service Description and Subtotal (from details sheet)
- Total Calculation:

Conditional Formatting Rules
To enhance readability and highlight critical data, the following conditional formatting rules are applied:
- If Actual Cost > Planned Budget, highlight the row in red with a warning icon.
- If Status = "Completed", apply a green background to indicate completion.
- If any cell in the Subtotal column is negative, format it as bold red text.

User Instructions
To use this template effectively:
