Conditional Formatting Rules
To enhance visual clarity and immediate insight, the following conditional formatting rules are applied:
- Stock Level Alerts: Highlight rows where "Total Quantity on Hand" ≤ "Reorder Point" in yellow. If quantity = 0, highlight in red.
- Replenishment Due Soon: Highlight the "Next Replenishment Due" column cells that are within 7 days from today in orange.
- Status Indicator: Color-code the "Status" cell: Green for "Active", Orange for "In Use", Red for "Out of Stock", and Blue for "Reserved".
- Value Thresholds: Apply data bars to the “Total Current Value” column, showing relative inventory worth.
