CONDITIONAL FORMATTING RULES

  • Low Stock Alert: If "Available Stock" ≤ "Reorder Threshold", cell background turns red.
  • Almost Out of Stock: If stock is between 10% and 30% of threshold, background turns orange.
  • Overstocked Items: If "Available Stock" > 2× "Reorder Threshold", background turns light blue to flag excess.
  • Upcoming Restock Dates: Cells with dates within the next 7 days are highlighted in lavender.
