Formulas Required

• Auto-Update Inventory Levels: =SUMIFS('Event Schedule & Requirements'!E:E, 'Event Schedule & Requirements'!D:D, A2) to total quantity used for each product in the current week.
• In-Stock Alert Formula: =IF([Current Stock Level] <= [Safety Stock], "Reorder Needed", "In Stock")
• Week-Ending Date: =TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),2)+7 (automatically calculates the upcoming week's ending date)
• Duplicate Detection: =COUNTIF('Detailed Product List'!B:B, B2) > 1 to identify duplicate entries in the product list.

Conditional Formatting

• Red Cells: For products with stock levels below safety stock threshold.
• Yellow Cells: For products with inventory within 10% of safety stock level (warning zone).
• Green Cells: For items above safety stock and in good supply.
• Pending Orders Highlighting: Use formatting to flag any order that hasn’t been received within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

User Instructions
