Total Demand for Active Events:

Available Stock After Forecasting:

Where C2 is Current Stock Level, and D2 is Total Demand. Displays stock availability after planned usage.

Returns a status label used for visual alerts.

CONDITIONAL FORMATTING RULES (Visual Stock Alerts)

Critical Stock: If Available Stock After Forecasting ≤ 0 → Highlight cell red with white text.
Low Stock: If Available Stock After Forecasting is less than or equal to Reorder Level → Highlight yellow.
Sufficient Stock: Otherwise → Green background with dark green text.

Use the Overview Dashboard to monitor all events and their associated inventory status at a glance. 6. Update "Last Updated Date" after every stock check or delivery. 7. Save regularly, and consider using Excel’s "Protect Sheet" feature to prevent accidental edits.
