1. Weekly Planning View (Main Sheet)

- Column B: Event Name – Text (up to 50 characters)
- Column C: Date – Date data type; automatically populates based on week starting from Sunday or Monday.
- D–J: Time Slots (Monday to Sunday) – Each column represents a day. Cells contain event names, start/end times, and room/location references in the format “Start-End | Venue”.
- K: Status – Dropdown list with options: Scheduled, Confirmed, Pending Approval, In Progress, Completed.
- L: Priority – Dropdown: High, Medium, Low (used for visual prioritization).
- M: Assigned Team Member(s) – Text field for names or email addresses.
2. Event Details Sheet
This is a master table that contains all event-related information.- A: Event ID (Text/Number) – Primary key.
