2. Event Details Sheet

This is a master table that contains all event-related information.

  • L: Last Updated – Date/Time; auto-updates via formula.

3. Task Tracker Sheet

A granular view of action items tied to events.
  • A: Task ID
  • B: Related Event ID (links to Event Details)
  • C: Task Description
  • D: Due Date (Date)
  • E: Assigned To
  • F: Status (Dropdown: Not Started, In Progress, On Hold, Completed)
  • G: % Complete – Number input or calculated via formula.
