Columns and Data Types

• Service Item: Text (String) – Unique name of the service provided.
• Description: Text (String) – Detailed explanation of what was delivered.
• Start Date / End Date: Date format (e.g., 2024-01-15).
• Growth Indicator (Pre) / Post: Text or numeric, depending on KPI type. Examples: "Revenue: $98,700", "Customer Retention Rate: 84%".
• % Growth Achieved: Numeric with percentage format. Calculated dynamically.
• Unit Price ($): Currency (e.g., $2,500.00).
• Quantity: Integer or decimal (for recurring services).
• Total ($): Currency, calculated as Unit Price × Quantity.

Formulas Required

Instructions for the User

1. Open the template and save as a new file using your client’s name (e.g., "AcmeCorp_Invoice_GrowthPlanning_Q1.xlsx").
2. Navigate to the “Invoice Summary” sheet.
3. Enter service items from the “Service Catalog” into the table. Use dropdowns for consistency.
4. Fill in pre- and post-service KPI values in their respective columns on the “Growth Metrics Tracker” sheet.
5. The template will automatically calculate growth percentages and impact levels.
6. Review formulas to ensure correct pricing from the “Pricing & Discounts” sheet.
7. Insert client logo and contact details at the top of the Invoice Summary (customizable).
8. Generate a PDF copy for delivery using File → Export → Create PDF/XPS.
