  3. For each transaction (receipts from suppliers or internal usage), select the correct product ID and type of movement from dropdowns.
  4. Enter the quantity change (positive for receipts, negative for issues).
  5. The system will auto-calculate ending balance and update stock status.
  6. At end-of-day, review alerts in column J. Generate purchase orders if stock is low or out of stock.
